Chuffed to get my prize thru post today - very well organised run and a very extensive prize list. Third year in a row I've done it - rain, sun, rain... so next near we must be due more sun?

Most enjoyable race, nice and dry, the sun even came out and I think I got a bit of a tan ;)
All the marshals and water people were fantastic, big thanks to them, and my fellow racers especially to the nice chap in the Baker Hugher Tshirt who paced me miles 6 to 13, I would never have gone faster alone, Thanks! See you all next year.

As ever, the 2006 Stoney Half proved to be a challenge and a joy to complete.
Thanks to the committee, marshals, water stop groups and the teams of enthusiastic volunteers for a day to remember. The "foot-spa" at the start and finish was novel, but thanks again to all who make it what it is.....one of the best Half Marathons in the country !
